  WORST customer service EVER!! I have had OK experiences with Matt in the past but NEVER again. Had our Jayco Expanda in for a few minor repairs and service and rang to advise we no longer required a stabiliser leg that we had previously requested. I was then abruptly informed that "you can come and repair the van yourself"!!! I was rather taken aback at this response as I assumed that a stabiliser leg would be a routinely stocked item in a caravan repair centre!! I then had to make the 2 hour return trip to collect our van that had none of the repairs done!! Extremely rude service. VERY disappointed :(
